Seawynds is a lovely and spacious holiday home with panoramic coastal views set above the picturesque cove of Port Quin. Situated in the pretty hamlet of Trelights which is just a short distance from quaint fishing village of Port Isaac, home to the popular television series, Doc Martin. It is also a short drive from the surfing haven of Polzeath beach.

Overlooking the North Cornwall coastline, Seawynds is attractively decorated throughout and has spacious living areas for all to enjoy. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, which invites lazy mornings, while the large dining table is ideal for hosting home-cooked feasts or even family game nights. The large sitting room has comfortable seating, a lovely wood burning stove and a Smart television; it opens up into the spectacular conservatory area where you can enjoy the stunning views over the countryside and out to sea. From here you can access the large garden and patio area, perfectly designed for al fresco dining and quiet days enjoying the Cornish sunshine.

The first three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and include two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room; the third room comes with two twin single beds. The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower, this is also found on the ground floor. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor; one super-king size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and stunning views, the second is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Seawynds is an ideal coastal family holiday home just minutes away from the very popular village of Polzeath and the sandy beach of Daymer Bay, a truly great location to explore this very sought-after area of North Cornwall.
