Number 15 is a modern and luxurious cottage located in the heart of Bude, Cornwall. It has 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 people. The cottage is conveniently situated near Bude Canal, the town center, and Summerleaze Beach, making it an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. The open-plan kitchen/living area overlooks a private garden with outdoor furniture, table tennis, and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for outdoor living.
The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including two Neff ovens, a hob, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. There are also additional amenities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a separate toilet in the utility room. The property features two reception rooms, one with a TV and a snug sofa, and the other with a quiet seating area. The five bedrooms consist of three king-size rooms and two twin rooms that can be converted into king-size beds upon request.
Number 15 offers off-road parking for 3-4 cars and allows a maximum of 2 dogs per stay with a surcharge. Smoking and parties/events are not permitted on the premises. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 10am, with Saturday check-ins only. Bude is a vibrant town with a beautiful coastline, excellent amenities, and plenty of activities for visitors to enjoy, making it an ideal destination for a family holiday. The property's location on a river provides easy access to natural attractions and cultural highlights in the area, making it a great base for exploring Cornwall and North Devon.
