Built in 1970 by an architect for his family, the property sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. The house features mid-century touches and is situated on almost an acre of lush garden with a private large heated pool. The garden is fully fenced and very private, with two patios offering stunning views of the sea.
The house is designed upside down to maximize the views, with 3 levels and ample space for large groups or extended family. The upper level includes an oversize living room with patio doors to the upper patio, while the entry level has the dining kitchen, separate dining room, and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for a perfect holiday, and the dining room comfortably seats 10 people. The lower level includes the remaining bedrooms, family bathroom, and utility room with washer and dryer.
Nearby attractions include the South West Coastal Path, a beach, a luxury hotel with spa and golf course, and Georgetown's historic village harbor. The Eden Project, St Austell town center, and dramatic cliffs and sheltered bays are also within easy reach.
