On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen that leads out to a deck with a hot tub, seating for 6, a table, chairs, and a BBQ. There is also a ground floor bedroom with a shower ensuite, perfect for those who have difficulty with stairs. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with sliding doors opening onto a balcony, including a master bedroom with a bath/shower ensuite and a family bath/shower room.
Boscarne is equipped with modern amenities such as an HD projector with a drop-down screen, surround sound system, Netflix, wood-burning stove, wireless Sonos system, American-style fridge-freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, Neff ovens, induction hob, dishwasher, and more. The property also features a utility room with additional appliances, parking for 3 cars, an electric charging point, superfast broadband, and 16 solar panels that generate electricity and heat hot water. The house has a "Wow" factor and is available for weekend breaks from November to March, with weekly rentals during school holidays.
While Boscarne is a luxurious property, it is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to respect the neighbors by avoiding late-night noise and partying. The hot tub should not be used after 10pm. The surrounding area offers outdoor activities such as windsurfing, sailing, cycling, and horse riding. Boscarne does not accept hen/stag groups, college leavers, or similar groups, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests.
