Four Winds is a spacious detached house located in the Cornish Riviera in the small village of Portmellon, offering stunning sea views from most windows. The property features 5 bedrooms, a games room, well-equipped kitchen, and large lawned gardens with a decked terrace. Just a short walk away is Portmellon Cove, a sandy beach that can be covered during high tide, as well as the traditional Cornish pub, The Rising Sun Inn, with beautiful views over the bay. The nearby fishing village of Mevagissey is just a mile away around the headland.

The property sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, with 3 kingsize beds and 2 twin beds. Bed linen and towels are provided, and there is a travel cot and highchair available for families. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Outside, there is a large lawned garden leading to a cliff edge with an enclosed terrace area. Pets are allowed at an additional charge, and parking is available for up to 4 cars on the driveway.

Additional amenities include free WiFi, oil-fired central heating, and the option to order an EV Car Charger with a type 2 socket for an extra fee. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. The location of the vacation home in St Austell provides easy access to attractions such as Mevagissey Museum, Charlestown Shipwreck and Heritage Centre, and the Eden Project.
