Estura is a spacious and modern detached house located in Lelant, Cornwall, in the South West of England. This luxurious holiday home is perfect for families or groups of friends, with five bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The property is situated near the coast, just on the outskirts of the village of Lelant and the stunning Hayle estuary.
The house spans three stories, with a cosy sitting room featuring comfortable sofas, a Smart television, and modern art décor. The dining room has a large table for hosting dinners or family game nights, with doors opening to the enclosed rear garden. The well-equipped kitchen includes extras like a slow cooker, while a utility room with laundry facilities and an office space are also available on the ground floor.
Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, including a king-size bed with an en-suite, and two double bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the second floor, along with a second family bathroom. Outside, the enclosed garden offers a wooden pergola, garden furniture, and a charcoal barbecue for al fresco dining and relaxation.
Estura is a short distance from the RSBP nature reserve at Hayle Estuary and Porthkidney beach, with easy access to St Ives via the local train station. For smaller groups, Little Estura is also available for reservations, accommodating up to 6 guests. This vacation home offers a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Cornwall.
