On the ground floor of Bonython Farmhouse, you'll find plenty of room to relax and spend time together. The comfortable sitting room features a warming and welcoming wood-burning stove, as does the cosy snug room, and the scenic garden room offers a perfect place to unwind, with doors leading out to the garden.

The kitchen has underfloor heating and is well equipped with a range of appliances suited to large parties, including two electric ovens with hobs (plus one additional oven without hob), two fridge/freezers, a microwave, and two dishwashers for cleaning up afterwards. When the food is ready, there is an additional kitchen and dining space with a table and chairs to accommodate ten.

Accessible from the garden room is a ground-floor bedroom, which has a king-size bed and an en-suite wet room with a shower, sink, and WC.

The first floor hosts two bedrooms, both with super-king-size beds, one with an en-suite shower room and the other with an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor are the final two bedrooms, one with a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower room and the other with twin single beds. This floor also has a shared bathroom with a shower over the corner bath.

For added convenience, there is a laundry room outside which has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a shed alongside with additional logs for the wood-burning stove.

Bonython Farmhouse has gardens at the front and back, with a partially enclosed front garden and open rear garden. Outdoor furniture for ten is provided in the summer months, as are a pair of sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for making the most of those sunny days. You can also enjoy a stroll around the shared gardens of the Bonython Estate.
