The open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen open onto a decked patio with seating for 12, perfect for outdoor entertaining. The five bedrooms include a master ensuite bedroom, a ground floor bedroom ideal for those who struggle with stairs, and additional bedrooms with super king size beds that can be converted into singles. All bedrooms have smart flat-screen TVs, and there are four bathrooms in the house, including one with a warm water shower for rinsing off sand from the beach.
Chy Lowen is a non-smoking property with parking for three cars and solar panels that generate electricity and heat water. The house is located in a residential area and is not suitable for late-night noise or partying. Families and couples are welcome, but single-sex groups are not accepted. The property is let on a Friday to Friday basis during peak holiday weeks, with short breaks available from November to March. Pets are not allowed, and the maximum number of adults allowed is 10, with additional accommodation for two babies in cots by arrangement.
