Ty'r Efail (Forge House) is a beautifully converted forge located in Maenan, Conwy, Wales. The cottage sleeps 8 people across 3 bedrooms and is the first in a row of three holiday cottages. The property features big spacious rooms and is situated in a peaceful spot in the rolling hills of the Conwy valley, just a few miles from Llanrwst and Betws y Coed to the south, as well as Conwy, Llandudno, and the beaches of the North coast. The area is excellent for walking and wildlife, with attractions such as Bodnant Gardens and the Bodnant food centre nearby.

The cottage is a semi-detached property with a large open plan living space on the ground floor, including a fabulous kitchen, comfortable lounge dining area, and space for a pool table. There is also a utility room, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a large ensuite wet room. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom, a large twin room with an additional day bed and slide-under single bed, and a large family bathroom with a whirlpool bath and separate shower. The garden features a large patio overlooking a small stream and open fields, with outdoor furniture, dining table and chairs, and a table tennis table for relaxation.

Facilities at Ty'r Efail include full central heating, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, internet connection, and TVs in the lounge and bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided, and heating and electricity are included in the tariff. Off-road parking is available for up to four cars. The property does not allow smoking or dogs, and a refundable damage bond of £50 is collected for all bookings.
