Lletty itself is a historic three-storey Grade II stone farmhouse that dates back to the 17th century. After being saved from dereliction, it underwent a sympathetic restoration that earned recognition from the Conwy Civic Society in 2009. The farmhouse features many original elements, including vaulted rooms, exposed beams, and a unique two-storey space that utilized the warmth from animals to heat the home. Additional amenities include a bread oven and a separate annexe that provides accommodation for two guests.
This property can accommodate up to eight guests and is pet-friendly, making it an ideal choice for families or groups looking to enjoy a rural retreat. For smaller parties, Lletty can be booked alongside the farmhouse to comfortably host six guests. The estate offers a variety of other rental options, catering to different group sizes and preferences.
