Rise early and explore the area on foot. At just under two miles away, Capel Curig is home to the 6th century church of St Curig as well as The National Mountain Centre. Here you can book onto courses for rock climbing, mountain biking, winter mountaineering and more.
Further afield, the beautiful mountain town of Betws Y Coed is just seven miles from the cottage. Explore this bustling resort with its pubs, restaurants and famous riverside and woodland walks.
