Bron Derw is an attractive cottage located in Dolwyddelan, Wales, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Situated in the Snowdonia National Park, the cottage boasts stunning views over the Lledr valley and the village. Guests can enjoy walks in the surrounding mountains, as well as easy access to mountain biking trails in nearby areas such as Blaenau Festiniog and Coed y Brenin.

The cottage features a spacious open plan living area with beamed ceilings and a cozy log burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The two bedrooms include one king-sized bed and one twin room, with a bathroom offering both a bath and separate shower. Outside, guests can make use of a covered area for storing bikes, as well as a terraced garden with a patio and seating area to take in the picturesque views.

Facilities at Bron Derw include oil fired central heating, a washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring their own pods), WiFi, and garden furniture. Heating is included in the tariff, along with an initial supply of logs for the log burner. Parking is available for one small to medium sized car, and bedlinen and towels are provided. Please note that the property has a Friday changeover date and is strictly non-smoking.

Due to the slate steps leading to the house and the fire escape walkway on the first floor, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Bron Derw. For those looking to explore the area, coastal resorts such as Porthmadog and Llandudno are within easy driving distance, offering a change of pace from the tranquil surroundings of Dolwyddelan.
