Short breaks are available in the lowest season, and the cottage is non-smoking inside. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, and three single beds, with bed linen provided but guests are required to bring their own towels. Additional amenities include electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, iron, and toaster. A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, with an extra charge applicable. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment. The cottage is located in Corwen, close to local landmarks such as the Pontcysyllte Aquaduct and Bala Lake Railway Interpretive Centre.
