Luxuries such as FreeSat and a DVD player are provided, along with amenities like an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Electricity and oil-fired central heating are included, as well as a woodburner with logs provided.

Outside, there is a patio with garden furniture and access to 150 acres of land. Private parking is available on-site. The nearest amenities are 1 mile away at a pub and 5 miles away at a shop. Short breaks are available during the lowest season and may be offered at short notice at other times. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and one pet is allowed at no extra charge. Bed linen is provided, but guests are asked to bring their own towels. A travel cot and highchair can be provided upon request. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver.
