Ty Uchaf is a traditional detached cottage located in the village of Llangwm, near Betws-y-Coed and Bala in North Wales. The cottage can accommodate up to five people in two bedrooms, including a ground floor single and a double with a basin. The property also features a ground floor bathroom, a mezzanine landing area with a sofa bed, a sitting room with a dining area, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a second sitting room with a woodburner. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a lovely lawned garden with a patio, making it an ideal spot for a holiday at any time of the year.

The cottage offers amenities such as oil-fired central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV with Freeview, and a CD/radio. Fuel, power, and wood for the woodburner are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the premises.
