Located in Caerwys, Flintshire, Clwyd, this beautiful and modern lodge sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. It features a hot tub and stunning views of the lake and valley. The lodge is nestled in woodland near the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering a peaceful retreat for guests.
The lodge boasts individual charm and luxurious amenities, perfect for relaxing and exploring North Wales. Nearby attractions include walks in the Clwydian mountains, eateries, golf courses, sailing, riding, and fishing. Traditional coastal resorts like Conway and Snowdonia are also easily accessible from the lodge.
Guests can enjoy special Birthday or anniversary welcome packages upon request, tailored to their specific requirements with 3-5 days notice. Two towels are provided for each guest, with the recommendation to bring an additional towel for frequent hot tub use. Dishwashers are available in select lodges, and travel cots can be hired for £20.
Check-in is at 3:30 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Late check-ins after 9 pm are available on request for an additional fee. The lodge offers Wifi around the reception area, and a new shop is set to open on-site in 2018. Guests are reminded to bring their own dog essentials and adhere to pet rules, including no dogs on furniture and picking up after them. A security deposit is required prior to arrival, payable locally to the Herons Lake Retreat.
