The cottage, where the creators of "Pack up your Troubles" were born, features an indoor hot tub and on-site private parking. With easy access to the A55, Glan Clwyd Hospital, and St Asaph Business Park, as well as various visitor attractions in North Wales, it is ideally situated for those working in the area.
On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a living room with a sofa bed, an "indoor garden room" with artificial grass, outdoor style dining tables, hot tub, and a small w/c and toilet. The first floor offers four bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements, including single beds, double beds, and bunk beds, along with a family bathroom. Built in 1745, the cottage exudes charm and comfort, making it a great choice for groups.
Upon booking, a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property includes CCTV cameras in outside areas for security, although they are not actively monitored. Located in St Asaph, guests can enjoy the natural beauty of the area at Rhuddlan Nature Reserve and Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as cultural highlights like The Little Theatre and Rhyl Pavilion Theatre.
