The cottage features two lower ground floor king-size double rooms with en-suite shower rooms, a king-size double with en-suite spa shower, two super king-size doubles, and a lower ground floor family room with four single beds. The living accommodation includes a kitchen with a dining and sitting area, a dining room with a sitting area and balcony, and a separate sitting room with a woodburning stove. Additional amenities such as a gym, hot tub, covered BBQ, and private indoor heated swimming pool make Home Farm a superb holiday base with activities available all year round.
The property is equipped with gas central heating, solar panels, a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TVs with Freeview, and WiFi. Bed linen, towels, children's day beds, travel cots, and highchair are provided. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, an enclosed front lawned garden and patio, rear lawned garden with patio, furniture, a fenced pond, and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Due to various features like a balcony, spiral staircase, external staircase, and pond, children need to be supervised at all times. The property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
