Seaton End Cottage

This old fisherman's cottage is full of character and is situated at the bottom of the village of Staithes opposite the Cod and Lobster pub with good views of the harbour, the sea and the towering headland. It retains some lovely old features like panelled walls and beamed ceilings.

Accommodation:
Entrance through the front or back door. Kitchen. Small cosy sitting room with real open fireplace, low beamed ceiling and original wood panelled walls. Off the sitting room is a hallway which leads to the front door. A traditional steeper cottage staircase leads to the first floor where there is a small bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have views of the harbour.

Services:
Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with grill and oven, microwave and washing machine. Colour TV with free sat/digi, video/DVD player, radio/CD player. Heating by way of night storage heaters and open fire. One bucket of coal is left for arrival, more can be bought from the local shop.  Bed linen is provided. A travel cot is provided. No-smokers only! Sorry, no pets. Parking at the top of the village or at the Glen Vale private car park (also at the top of the village) at an extra cost. You can drive down to load and unload.
