Maison Jasmine properties, including Ivy House, are enhanced cleaned with fixed sanitizing stations, spacious living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can expect a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi throughout their stay. The property operates on self-check-in/out, allowing guests to come and go as they please. However, guests are reminded that the property is not suitable for parties, and noise levels should be kept to a minimum after 10 pm. Any breach of house rules, such as loud music or smoking indoors, may result in immediate removal from the property.
For longer stays, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee. Guests are required to complete a reservation form, agree to the terms and conditions, provide a government-issued photo ID, and authorize a £200 pre-authorization for potential damages.
