Located in the heart of England in Chester, Cheshire, The Old Stable is a single-story pet-friendly cottage in the hamlet of Penymyndd near Mold. It sleeps two people in one bedroom and is conveniently located just eight miles from Chester and six miles from Chester Business Park. The cottage features a double room with an en-suite shower room, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburner, as well as doors leading to the garden. Outside, there is a patio, shared garden, and off-road parking for one car.

The property offers amenities such as electric heaters with set timings, a woodburner available during the day, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, two TVs (including a Smart TV in the bedroom) with Freeview, DVD player, and WiFi. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburner are included in the rent, with additional wood available on an honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The cottage has private patio furniture and a BBQ, as well as shared use of a large lawned area with furniture and bike storage available upon request. It is important to note that the property does not accept breaks of less than seven nights and is not suitable for children or infants.
