The cottage features several outdoor seating areas, including a south-facing patio and a front area with remarkable views of New Quay and Cardigan Bay. Guests can enjoy a short walk to the expansive sandy beach or a quick 10-minute stroll to the picturesque harbor town of New Quay, where a variety of shops, restaurants, and pubs await. The local pier is a popular spot for enjoying traditional fish and chips or ice cream while watching dolphins in the bay, with regular dolphin spotting and fishing trips available during the holiday season.

Inside, Brongwyn Cottage can accommodate eight guests across three bedrooms, plus two additional guests on a sofa bed. The upstairs includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite facilities, alongside a second bedroom that features a double and single bed. The lounge, equipped with a large TV, boasts spectacular sea and harbor views. Downstairs, the third bedroom also has a king-size bed and patio access to the rear garden, while the sitting/dining room comfortably seats ten and offers lovely sea views.

The cottage is well-equipped with modern conveniences, including a fully furnished kitchen with essential appliances like a dishwasher and microwave, ensuring a comfortable stay. Outside, guests can take advantage of the picnic table with harbor views, a south-facing patio with BBQ facilities, and ample parking for at least four vehicles. It is important to note that access to Brongwyn Cottage involves a steep and bumpy lane, which may not be suitable for vehicles with low suspension.

Beyond the cottage, visitors can explore the vibrant Georgian town of Aberaeron, known for its colorful buildings and scenic harbor. The nearby beaches at Llangrannog and the National Trust beach at Penbryn offer additional coastal experiences.
