The cottage, which has been in the same family for over 250 years, boasts an idyllic position overlooking the coast, situated on a quiet lane that provides stunning views and easy access to sandy beaches, the harbor, local shops, and pubs. The current owner, who has been the Coxswain of the local lifeboat for 23 years, is readily available to assist guests with any inquiries or advice regarding the area.

New Quay is characterized as a delightful traditional seaside resort and serves as the midpoint of the All-Wales Coast Path, which features breathtaking walks and panoramic views. This region is celebrated for its rich marine life, including resident bottlenose dolphins and porpoises, making it an ideal location for boat trips that allow visitors to observe these magnificent creatures. Additionally, the area offers opportunities for safe swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, and various exploration activities, including pleasure and fishing trips.

The accommodation at Rosarina is designed to comfortably sleep six guests across three upstairs bedrooms. The layout includes a family room with a double and single bed, a double room, and a single room. The upstairs bathroom features a bath with a shower over, a WC, and a hand basin. The downstairs area comprises an open-plan living space that includes a sitting area with a 42” Freeview TV/DVD, a cozy inglenook fireplace, and panoramic sea views. The dining area is equipped with a table that seats six, while the kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and an oil-fired Rayburn, all complemented by lovely sea views.

Outdoor amenities include a front patio with tables and chairs, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the direct views of Cardigan Bay, where dolphins can often be spotted throughout the year. Parking options include roadside availability behind the cottage or in a public car park located approximately 110 meters away. Guests have the option to book Rosarina independently or in conjunction with other nearby accommodations, such as Lavington, which sleeps two, and Seymour, which accommodates four, thus offering flexibility for larger groups or families seeking a shared holiday experience.
