The cottage is conveniently located near other beautiful beaches in Ceredigion, including Mwnt, Tresaith, Llangrannog, and Penbryn. The nearby village of Aberporth, just a short drive or ten-minute walk, features essential amenities such as a shop, pub, and takeaways. Additionally, the historic market town of Cardigan, approximately seven miles away, offers supermarkets, a theatre/cinema, and a variety of attractions, including craft shops and a soft play center.

The accommodation at Kestrel View is designed as an 'upside down' house to maximize the breathtaking views. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: a king-size bedroom with sea views, a twin bedroom also with sea views, and a children's bunk bed room. The ground floor further includes a bathroom equipped with a bath and electric shower. The first floor features a spacious living and dining area with panoramic sea views, a comfortable seating arrangement, a TV, and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an electric cooker and washing machine.

Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed patio area with a picnic table and chairs, overlooking a large orchard and play area that includes a tree house and swings, making it safe and enjoyable for children. There is also a BBQ available for outdoor cooking and a table tennis room located in one of the barns. Ample parking is available within close proximity to the cottages, which are situated on a peaceful farm down a long track, ensuring a tranquil environment away from traffic. Kestrel View can be booked independently or in conjunction with the adjacent Owls Hoot cottage, which accommodates four guests.
