The accommodation at Kestrel View is designed as an 'upside down' house to maximize the breathtaking views. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: a king-size bedroom with sea views, a twin bedroom also with sea views, and a children's bunk bed room. The ground floor further includes a bathroom equipped with a bath and electric shower. The first floor features a spacious living and dining area with panoramic sea views, a comfortable seating arrangement, a TV, and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including an electric cooker and washing machine.

Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed patio area with a picnic table and chairs, overlooking a large orchard and play area that includes a tree house and swings, making it safe and enjoyable for children.
