Yr Hal is a pleasant cottage located in Llangrannog, Ceredigion, Wales, just a three-minute walk from the beach. One of the village's oldest cottages, it features whitewashed stone walls and original timber beams that enhance its character. Situated in a quiet area near Nant Hawen brook, the cottage includes a lawned garden ideal for evening al fresco dining after a day at the beach. The seaside village offers various amenities, including a pub, café, restaurant, fish and chip shop, and an award-winning pizza takeaway, catering to diverse dining preferences.

Llangrannog Beach is a hub for watersports enthusiasts, offering activities such as surfing, paddleboarding, and sailing. The village is home to two sandy beaches that attract families and surfers alike, providing a perfect setting for relaxation. At low tide, visitors can walk from the main beach to the smaller Cilborth beach, where they may spot bottlenose dolphins that inhabit the bay. The area surrounding Llangrannog also boasts other attractions, including the quaint village of Tresaith, the fishing harbor of New Quay, and the picturesque Georgian town of Aberaeron.

Yr Hal accommodates up to five guests in two upstairs bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, with the option for a travel cot, while the second bedroom contains twin beds, which cannot accommodate a travel cot. The upstairs bathroom includes a bath with a shower over, a WC, a hand basin, and a heated towel rail for added comfort.

Downstairs, the cottage offers a cozy sitting room with two 2-seater sofas and two wicker armchairs, along with a 42" Freeview TV for entertainment. The dining room and kitchen are designed for family gatherings, featuring a table that seats six and views of the garden. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a wet room with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, a WC, and a hand basin, along with a utility room that houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, Yr Hal boasts an enclosed rear garden with a gravel path and level lawn, complete with garden furniture for outdoor relaxation. There is also a secure space for surfboards by the rear gate and driveway parking available for one car, making it a convenient and comfortable retreat for families or groups seeking a coastal getaway.
