The outdoor space is extensive, offering a treehouse, swings, a barbeque area, picnic tables, and an old barn that serves as a games room, all set against the backdrop of magnificent orchard views.

Aberporth itself is a quaint village equipped with two pubs that serve food, two cafes, and a grocery store, ensuring that guests have easy access to dining and shopping options. The nearby ancient market town of Cardigan, just a ten-minute drive away, offers a wider selection of independent shops, galleries, cafes, and a leisure center with a swimming pool, along with a fantastic theatre and cinema. Visitors to Gull's Haven can enjoy wildlife sightings, including dolphins and seals from the patio, as well as various animals such as wild rabbits, badgers, and red kites within the grounds.

The cottage is ideally situated near the Ceredigion coastal path, making it a perfect base for walking enthusiasts. Gull's Haven accommodates up to four guests plus a cot, featuring two ground-floor bedrooms: one double and one twin. The layout is particularly suitable for those with restricted mobility. The first bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, a flat-screen Freeview TV/DVD, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower combination, along with a toilet and hand basin.

The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, a wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen TV/DVD with Freeview. The kitchen and dining area come fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, and a table that seats four. Outside, patio doors lead to a private garden with a patio, barbeque, and seating area, along with a washing line at the rear. A large secure car park is conveniently located just forty meters from the front door, enhancing the accessibility of this delightful retreat.
