The Old Corn Store is a charming, detached cottage located in rural Carmarthenshire, just three miles from St Clears in Wales. With two double bedrooms, including one small 4ft double, the cottage can accommodate up to four people. The property features a ground floor wet room, a first floor basin and WC, and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside, there is a private front patio with furniture and a BBQ, as well as extensive shared lawns and woodland walks.

The cottage is centrally heated with oil and also has a woodburner for cozy evenings. It is equipped with modern amenities such as an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, CD/radio, and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Off-road parking is available for two cars. The property does not allow pets or smoking. There is a shallow open stream running through the woodland, so children should be supervised.
