The cottage is conveniently situated just a five-minute drive from the vibrant town of Newcastle Emlyn, where visitors can find a variety of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and pubs.

The River Teifi, which originates in the Cambrian Mountains, flows through Newcastle Emlyn and extends over 70 miles to reach the sea at Cardigan. The surrounding landscape is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with numerous walking trails accessible directly from the cottages. Additionally, the sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay are only a 20-minute drive away, providing opportunities for safe swimming, surfing, and sea fishing. Wildlife enthusiasts can also spot dolphins and seals along the coast, particularly at Cwm Tydu Cove during the autumn months.

Lower Cottage comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms located on the first floor: one double and one twin. For larger groups, a sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate two additional guests for a small extra fee. The upstairs bedrooms are well-appointed with bedside tables, clothes storage, and hand basins, while the bathroom features both a bath and a shower.

On the ground floor, the cottage boasts a cozy lounge/dining area equipped with a two-seater sofa bed, armchairs, a TV, a DVD player, and a wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a private garden complete with BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture, offering breathtaking views over the valley and opportunities to observe large birds of prey, such as buzzards and red kites, soaring overhead. The property includes off-road parking at Clyn Glas, ensuring easy access to the cottages for all visitors.
