The downstairs area is open-plan, comprising a cozy sitting area with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs, a kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as an electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge/freezer, as well as a dining area with a table and chairs for four.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large garden with a furnished patio that provides scenic views over the River Teifi, perfect for outdoor dining or simply soaking in the serene surroundings. Additionally, there is a communal room equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers, and a chest freezer for guest convenience.
