Outside, there is a large courtyard for parking up to three vehicles and a shared garden with a gas BBQ and seating. Guests are asked to clean the BBQ after each use, and the owners do not use the garden when the property is booked for guest privacy.

Please note that the property is located on the B1043, so there may be some road noise. Additionally, there is a Ring Camera device overlooking the car park outside the property. Nearby attractions include Island Hall, The Manor at Hemingford Grey, Raptor Foundation, and Oasis Beach Pool. Activities such as jet skiing, water skiing, cycling, and horse riding are available in the surrounding area for guests to enjoy during their stay at the Whitehouse Cottage in St Neots.
