The cottage is just a few hundred yards from the sea, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Guests can enjoy a stroll to Porthcawl promenade, harbour, and town centre, or simply relax with a book. The cottage is close to various attractions, including Kenfig National Nature Reserve, Bryngarw Country Park, Porthcawl Surf School, and historic castles, making it an ideal spot for a family holiday.

The cottage features one king-sized bed, one double bed, and one single bed spread across the three bedrooms. The ground floor includes a lounge, kitchen diner, utility room with WC, bathroom, dining room, and a double bedroom, while the first floor has a double bedroom and a single bedroom/reading room. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge, and freezer. Entertainment options include a TV with Freeview and a wide selection of books.

Outside, guests can enjoy the enclosed rear garden with a patio, table, and chairs, as well as a front paved area. Heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are included, and Wi-Fi is available. Up to two pets are allowed at an additional charge, and smoking is not permitted inside the property. Parking is available for two cars. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for the property. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
