Situated at the entrance of a long driveway leading to the Little Dower House, the Lodge offers a lovely garden and stunning views, making it a perfect setting for intimate weddings. For larger families, there is also the option to rent the Little Hideaway at Little Dower House, a secluded and romantic retreat that sleeps two adults and up to two children.
The area surrounding the Cottage is ideal for couples, families, country lovers, townies, food lovers, gardeners, riders, polo players, golfers, and walkers. Located directly opposite Windsor Great Park with views of Windsor Castle, the Cottage is warm and cosy with private parking and access to nearby attractions such as Windsor, Thorpe Park, and LEGOLAND. The Lodge features modern amenities including Sky+ HD satellite, Smart Television with Netflix and Amazon Prime, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, and a roaring log fire in the sitting room.
The Cottage offers a Queen size Master bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds that can be joined to make a Super King size bed, a study/third bedroom with a small double sofa bed, and additional sleeping options with two travel cots and two fold out single beds. The second bathroom has a bath and power shower, while the utility room includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and tumble dryer. The owners live nearby and are available to assist guests while respecting their privacy.
Nearby attractions include the Fox and Hounds pub in Englefield Green, Windsor Great Park for walks and outdoor activities, Guards Polo ground for polo matches, and the Valley or Savill Gardens for leisurely strolls.
