The barn is situated in the South of England, near the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sleeps four people and features a king bedroom and a twin bedroom. The barn is just a 10-minute drive from Newbury station, offering quick links to London.

The space inside Hawks Barn is modern and colorful, providing a home away from home with stunning gardens surrounding the property. The barn includes a fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven, a dining table that doubles as a home office space, and a living area with a large smart TV for relaxing in front of Prime Video and Netflix. The bedrooms feature 'Emma' mattresses, Egyptian cotton bed linen, and fluffy towels, ensuring guest comfort is a top priority.
