The ground floor features a grand entrance leading to an office, library, garden room with river views, living room, W/C, utility space, and a large open plan kitchen/dining room. The first floor includes the master suite with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, as well as a second bedroom with ensuite. On the second floor, there are 4 additional bedrooms and a main bathroom. Guests have access to an enclosed garden at the rear of the house and the wider grounds of the private gated development, which includes beautiful woodland countryside and direct access to The River Thames.

Please note that the property does not allow all adult groups, accommodating a maximum of 8 adults only.
