Guests are reminded not to smoke inside the property and are informed that the apartment does not have a traditional TV signal, but instead features a smart TV with Netflix capabilities. The host will not provide compensation or refunds for any issues reported more than 8 hours after check-in. Guests are required to allow access for repairs and maintenance, and should be aware that the property may show signs of wear and tear from frequent use, such as worn carpets, faded curtains, and minor wall scuffs. No refunds will be given for these cosmetic issues or for any weather-related problems, early check-outs, or service interruptions due to maintenance.

Pass The Property reserves the right to substitute the accommodation with a similar or superior property in case of severe damage or sale of the original property. Guests should be aware that construction activities near the rental property may occur without prior notice, and refunds will not be provided for construction or renovation disturbances. Additionally, no refunds will be given for internet, TV, or utility outages beyond the host's control. Upon check-out, the unit will be inspected for any damages not previously reported, with costs for repairs or replacements billed through the guest booking channel.
