Yealand House is a charming vacation home in Lochgilphead, Argyll, Scotland, that sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms. The house features a welcoming and comfortable interior with a mix of antique and modern country-style furnishings, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The spacious living room is a highlight, with double height ceilings, a minstrels' gallery, and many windows offering natural light and stunning views over Crinan Harbour to Jura, Scarba, and The Gulf of Corryvreckan. A wood burning stove and comfortable seating make it a delightful room to gather in, with doors leading out to a deck balcony for enjoying summer drinks and sunsets.

The ground floor of Yealand House includes a sunroom, kitchen with breakfast table, utility room, sitting room, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, family bathroom, twin bedroom, and a double mezzanine bedroom with ensuite toilet and washbasin (not suitable for young children). The lower level features a large sitting room with a minstrel gallery and bay window offering sea views, with access to the decked balcony and garden. Outside, the deck provides direct access to a rustic garden and a path leading down through woodland to the picturesque harbour where many yachts are moored.

The village of Crinan, with its historic canal, is a short walk away, offering opportunities to watch yachts sail in and out of the Atlantic, stroll along the shoreline or canal paths, enjoy freshly caught seafood, or simply relax in the beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at Yealand House. The location of the vacation home in Lochgilphead provides easy access to local landmarks such as Arichonan Clearance Village and Carnasserie Castle, as well as natural attractions like Moine Mhor Nature Reserve and Loch Fyne.
