Situated in the heart of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, the cottage offers modern home comforts surrounded by mountains, forests, and lochs. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the access to walking routes, cycling routes, and boat trips on the loch, with Tarbet pier just a 3-minute walk away. The cottage has been upgraded to provide comfortable accommodation for families and small groups, with 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, and a large open plan lounge and dining area with a stunning picture window.
The cottage features a large new high gloss kitchen with all new appliances, a separate utility room, and a conservatory to enjoy the views. Outside, there are large enclosed lawned areas, a gravelled barbecue patio area with garden furniture, and a fire pit. Families with small children can request travel cots, high chairs, and changing mats, while a single camp bed can be provided for the double room if needed. Please note that there are approximately 20 steps to access the house from the driveway, making it unsuitable for those with reduced mobility. The cottage is located along an unmade road, approximately 400m from the main road.
In addition to its beautiful setting, the cottage is conveniently located near Tarbet's mainline train station with routes to Glasgow, London, and the Highlands. Glasgow Airport is a 45-minute drive away, while Edinburgh is 1 hour and 30 minutes by car. Nearby attractions include Loch Lomond and Cowal Way - East, Loch Lomond Golf Club, and Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.
