Located in the tiny hamlet of Durran, just a short walk from Loch Awe in Dalmally, Argyll, this welcoming semi-detached cottage sleeps 3 people in 2 bedrooms. The property is furnished to a high standard, featuring a wood burning stove in the sitting room for cozy evenings in. A large sunny garden at the front and back of the cottage provides a peaceful outdoor space, with patio doors opening onto a decked area offering stunning views of the Loch. Boating, fishing, walking, and cycling are popular activities in this holiday location, with the historic Kilmartin village and bustling towns of Lochgilphead and Oban nearby.

Amenities at the cottage include electric central heating, a well-equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV with FreeSat, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a starter pack for the wood burning stove. Off-road parking for 2 cars, lockable bike storage, and an enclosed lawned rear garden add to the convenience of the property.
