The cottage features a comfortable king-sized bed (or two single beds) and a sofa that can be converted into a chaise lounge or single bed to accommodate up to three guests. Guests have full access to the cottage, with plenty of storage space for clothes, bikes, art equipment, and outdoor gear. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, and microwave, as well as some dried goods in the cupboard for convenience. The bathroom includes a bath and shower, and all linen and towels are provided for a hassle-free stay.

Yewtree Cottage is ideally located at the end of a quiet residential lane, just a short walk to the shore and coffee shops in Kirn. It is a perfect base for exploring Dunoon, Argyll, and the West of Scotland, with opportunities for golf, trekking, walking, climbing, and water sports within the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park nearby. Guests can also participate in local art classes or outdoor activities, with contact information provided for artists teaching various mediums and qualified mountain leaders available for guided trails.

The cottage offers a fenced garden for outdoor dining and relaxation, and a keypad entry system for added convenience. Check-in time is between 3 PM and 8 PM, with check-out by 10 AM. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the cottage for an additional cleaning supplement, but are not allowed on the furniture. Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted on the property.
