Guests have full access to the flat, excluding the central cupboard where changeover goods and personal belongings are stored. While parking is not guaranteed, there is parking available at the back of the property. Although locals sometimes abuse the parking, blocking someone in has not been an issue as long as contact information or flat number is left. The parking area is marked "Residents Only," and guests are considered residents during their stay. Pets are not allowed on the property.
