The region of Scotland offers a diverse landscape, from the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the rugged Highlands, with some of Britain's best beaches. The town boasts a variety of shops, pubs, and eateries, and is close to the Angus Glens, offering excellent hill walking and climbing opportunities.
Located in a rural area and near a lake, the cottage is surrounded by natural beauty, including the Loch of Kinnordy Nature Reserve and Forfar Loch Country Park. Cultural attractions such as the Gateway to the Glens Museum and Angus Folk Museum are also nearby. Guests can enjoy water activities like fishing, as well as outdoor adventures such as hiking, cycling, and rock climbing in the area. The property is suitable for families and relaxing getaways, but does not allow Hen/Stag parties or similar events. Additionally, the hot tub is not available between 10pm and 10am.
