There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite shower, and the other with twin beds and an en-suite bath.

The cottage boasts electric storage heaters, bed linen, towels, and initial fuel for the multi-fuel burner included. A travel cot, highchair, and welcome pack are available upon request. Outside, there is a large garden with patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue, as well as 6,000 acres of natural grounds with woodland shared with the owner and other properties on-site. Private parking for 2 cars is provided. Please note there is a partially fenced river in the garden.
