Visitors can also explore the malt whisky trail, visit distilleries and museums, and discover over 300 castles on Scotland's castle trail.

The cottage itself is charming and detached, with a light and bright lounge featuring a TV/DVD and wood burner for cozy nights in. A spacious sunroom offers magnificent mountain views and another wood burner for relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, with a large dining table for family gatherings. A bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC is also available, along with a spacious double bedroom with an en suite shower room on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there is a pretty double bedroom and a charming twin bedroom, both with lovely views over the garden and mountains. Outside, the mature garden includes a seating area and BBQ for alfresco dining, as well as a stone-built utility room with laundry facilities and storage for logs and bicycles. Ample off-road parking is available directly in front of the property, making it a fantastic base for a holiday in the Cairngorms.
