It is important to note that the property may show signs of wear and tear due to frequent use, such as worn/stained carpets, faded curtains, or minor scuffs on the walls. No refunds will be given for such cosmetic issues, and the host will work to address any major equipment or appliance problems during normal business hours without offering compensation or discounts.

Additionally, guests should be aware that there will be no refunds for weather-related issues, early check-outs, or interruptions in services due to maintenance problems. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or property sale, Pass The Property reserves the right to substitute the accommodation with a similar or superior option nearby. Guests are also advised that there will be no refunds for construction activities, utility outages, or damages discovered after check-out, which will be billed accordingly.
